VICTORIAN CERTIFICATE OF APPLIED LEARNING (VCAL) Morrisons VCAL offers continuous enrolments through the year on set time and dates. Please contact the VCAL coordinator to book an appointment.
Course overview An alternative for Year 11 & 12 students. Complete the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) at Morrisons as an alternative to Year 11 & 12 students. VCAL is an accredited secondary certificate that provides practical work related experience as well as the opportunity to build on Literacy, Numeracy and work related and personal development skills.

Course Structure Days: 3 days a week Times: 9.00am – 3.00pm Term 1: 01 Feb – 26 Mar 2010 Term 2: 12 Apr – 25 Jun 2010 Term 3: 12 Jul – 17 Sep 2010 Term 4: 04 Oct – 16 Nov 2010
Foundation Level Students in foundation participate in project based activities, designed to improve basic skills in Literacy, Numeracy and Personal development as well as Work related skills. Students in this level obtain close tutor direction and guidance to complete all outcomes. Intermediate & Senior Level Students in this level participate in designing, monitoring and implementing projects in order to complete year 11 or 12 in an adult learning environment. VCAL at Morrisons is a student driven program with specialised tutor guidance.
