What is the Kindergarten Cluster Management?
The government has a goal to reduce the workload of volunteer kindergarten Committees of Management and so have appointed Morrisons as cluster manager for 5 local kindergartens by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. This means that you can still have an active role on your kindergarten's Committee without the stress of managing a complicated business and compliance responsibiities that that entails. Enjoy this important year with your child whilst we tackle the many financial and HR issues. There are benefits for Committees and staff.
