The Food Safety Supervisors course has been developed to assist management with the knowledge and skills in designing a food safety program and implementing a food safety plan to be followed up in the workplace (legal requirement for all registered food premises). Fulfils the legislative requirements to become a supervisor. Prerequisite: Food Safety Level I

This program deals with the skills and knowledge required to satisfy the requirements for responsible service staff involved in the service of alcohol, and/or seeking employment in the hospitality sector. The qualification is issued by Morrisons with registration from the Department of Justice, Liquor Licensing.
