DIPLOMA OF BEAUTY TRAINER (Part-Time Casual)

Description of the position:  The position will oversee the department's evening part-time program commencing in October 2010 and concluding in September 2011. Employment beyond the scope of this course is contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluation and enrolment demands.

We are offering:

• Salary: $41.20/hour plus a 30% loading for preparation, student consultation, meetings and other reasonable duties as prescribed by the department manager.
• Hours: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm - 10:00pm and alternate Saturdays. Total number of hours: 24.5 per fortnight.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Diploma of Beauty of Higher Relevant Accredited Qualification
• Certificate IV in Workplace Traing and Assessment required
• No less than two years full-time or three years part-time teaching experience, preferably with a diversity of students
• Extensive industry experience is delivering client beauty services including therapeutic massage

About the Position:

Our 50 place LDC service is seeking an experienced, qualified person (level 3.4) to work with our 6 month - 2 1/2 yr old group of 15.  The position is available for 12 months maternity leave ending August 2011 and entails: 35 hours per week; a high level of day to day support; taking the leadership role in the absence of the room leader; and some program planning responsibilities.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma of Children's Services
• WWCC
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Training in Anaphylaxis Management

 Our team at Morrison on the Park Cafe are seeking a motivated, service orientated, experienced chef/cook to join the team.  We are a busy community cafe in the heart of Mount Evelyn and as such seek a community focused staff member to add to our friendly, energetic team.

About the position:

• Part time (approximately 15-18 hours per week)
• Every second weekend off
• Only occasional evening work

You must have:

• Flexibility to cover staff leave
• Strong organisational skills
• Speed and skills to work solo in a fast paced kitchen
• Ability to produce great, well presented food
• Food Safety Level II Certificate
