If you're a natural leader and want to formalise your skills to advance your career, the Diploma of Management is the ideal course for you. With the skills and knowledge you learn in this TAFE diploma course, you'll be ready for management level positions in small, medium and large organisations in all sectors of industry. This course is especially designed for people who are employed or seeking to be employed in managerial or team leader roles.                                                                                                                    

This course aims to give you knowledge and skills required to work in a workplace at the managerial/team leader level. Among other things, you'll learn how to:

• manage the performance of your team/ employees
• develop budgets and manage the budgeting process
• manage projects
• analyse & present research
• ensure that your workplace is safe
• manage customer service

You may enrol in the whole course or individual units.

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
• After achieving the BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business or other relevant qualification/s OR

• Year 12 or equivalent or qualify for mature-age entry (over 18 years old at the time of enrolment)
