Course Overview

This course is designed as an entry level course for people wishing to find out more about the job roles and career pathways in the tourism industry. This course is for students who want to be employed as office assistants, receptionists, meet-and-greet guides or attendants within a range of tourism enterprises such as museums and tourist centres. Students explore sales, operations and customer service skills combined with basic tourism knowledge. This program includes work placement in the industry.                   This course can be used as credit for VCE or VCAL studies.

You may enrol in the whole course or individual units.

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in Tourism.
