Course Overview

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge to become an effective ICT user or employee.  The qualification has a fundamental ICT knowledge and skills base which is pivotal for all other qualifications in the Information Technology training package and provides foundation skills that enable participation in an information technology environment in any industry.

Successful completion of the core units for this course are required for Certificate III level courses in Information Technology.                                                                     

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in Information Technology
