Course Overview

Certificate II in Hospitality provides students with the basic operational knowledge and practical skills to perform a range of food and beverage service activities in a supervised workplace. The course focuses on basic skills such as food and beverage service, working behind a bar and making espresso coffee.  Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) graduates will have the skills and knowledge to commence a career in food and beverage service in cafes, bistros, hotels, clubs and function houses.

You may enrol in the whole course or individual units.

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in Hospitality
