The course focuses on basic skills such as food and beverage service, working behind a bar and making espresso coffee. Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) graduates will have the skills and knowledge to commence a career in food and beverage service in cafes, bistros, hotels, clubs and function houses. You may enrol in the whole course or individual units.
